Terms and Conditions for the Kurri Burri web site, company name - Marshall Rural Pty Ltd.
Any personal information that you submit will be protected by our secure server.

We might, on occasions, use this information to notify you of any important changes to our site or any special promotions that may be of interest to you. However, Marshall Rural Pty Ltd will not sell or trade your personal information to any third party organisations or individuals without your consent, other than third party suppliers in the delivery of services you have agreed to accept from Marshall Rural Pty Ltd or if we are requested to do so by a law enforcement agency in relation to a suspected breach of any law.

Important General Ticket Information

  1. All tickets are to be purchased online and include GST & CC booking fee.
  2. All tickets purchased online prior to Sunday 6th May (11:59 pm) will be mailed to the purchasers address with Wristbands and tickets for event access and parking.
  3. All tickets purchased online after Sunday 7th of May up to Friday 11th (12:00 pm Midday cut off) will need to be redeemed upon arrival at the event (Hamper Pick Up & Additional Guest Access).
  4. Pre purchase of tickets is mandatory to avoid disappointment.
  5. Day of event tickets: Minimal additional Hamper Tickets may be available on the day of the event pending event capacity.
  6. General Public Access tickets will be available on the day of the event.
  7. Children under the age of 16 are free to attend the event areas with Ticketed Parents. Marquee, Hamper and General Public areas, children can purchase food from the sausage sizzle on the day!
  8. Children’s activities on the day include  – Animal petting zoo, Jumping Castle, Face painting, stomping of the divots and the famous Kids Dash
  9. Event Tickets are non-refundable.
  10. Jeep Drivers will have an exclusive parking area.
  11. Event Parking is provided for all guests (refer event site map) and upon ticket purchase information will be provided.


Customer Service Policy

Marshall Rural is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all. Gst & Taxes

The Australian GST tax rate applies to all orders delivered within Australia. International orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.
